At ShopCGX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
